Shih Tzu Training Tips

A Shih Tzu, often known as a Chinese lion dog or even a chrysanthemum, is small bread measuring from 8 to 11 inches and weighing between 9 to 16 kilos. Originally from China, these are famous for their long silky hair using a soft double-coat. With their short muzzles along with large dark eyes the no wonder they are popular all over the world. -Take your pet out to do their work 15-20 minutes immediately after eating or drinking

-Take him out immediately upon stumbling out of bed and before bedtime

-Take him out regularly every 2 hours throughout the day

When it comes to obedience training, train your pet the basic commands, including sit, stay, and occur, which are the play blocks to more complicated training all of which will also develop a pleasant relationship between you whilst your pet.

Always use good reinforcement. This will improve the chance for your dog to behave in a very similar manor again. It involves loving praises, pats, and also treats. But Remember, when giving your pets treats to only show and provides your pet a treat upon completion of your command. If you show your four-legged friend the treat before it’s like bribing him to do what you long for, and your goal isn’t to have him do a command for a reward but to have him do it since he loves you.
